We didn't have to wait very long and were called into a treatment room when a very nice technician walked in and asked a few questions. A second technician came with the chip and before we even knew it the chip was inserted, the dog didn't even notice the injection do to the technique of the technician (Wendy). She was very nice and we talked about the chip a little while. If you want your dog microchipped that's the place to go... fast and painless.. "
